When Two Rares Meet
An Art Project by Jay Anthony
Hi, I'm Jay, and this is my first art project taking two very rare pieces and putting them together. The first piece is a Pappy Van Winkle 20 year bottle with the red sheath that the bottle came in. The second piece is a bottle of Sam Adams Utopias with the card that was around the neck of the bottle when taken out of its box. I would love to sell this project to jump start my art career. Both bottles are unopened and full. More information below the pictures.
The front shows the label of both bottles with the sheath and Utopias card.
From the back you can clearly see the Sam Adams picture with sliding doors. The doors are open.
From the top, you can see the Utopias card that was around the Sam bottle and the red sheath that covers the Pappy bottle.
I also put the bottles in a case so they are undisturbed and can be transported.
All of the images are below. The first part is the art project and the images following are the art project in its case.
The following images are the art project in its secure case.
Both of these bottles are ready for you to do as your please with them. I purchased the Sam Adams Utopias bottle in November of 2023 after winning the opportunity to purchase through a lottery at a store. I was very lucky to be able to purchase the Pappy Van Winkle 20 year bottle back in December of 2017 from the same store using the same lottery process. Both bottles are unopened have been in my possession ever since and are legit. I can still pull up the purchase receipts. I have been saving the Pappy bottle to open for a special occasion, like both of my kids being born or a new house or new job. I went through all of those things and still have not opened it. Why not make an art project out of it. I figured If an art project like a banana duct tapped to a wall can fetch 6.3 million dollars, let's see what two extremely rare unopened bottles can go for. Let's beat the banana.
